Accounts determined to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any balance — including both real money funds and bonus funds — will be forfeited.

3.3 One Account Per User. Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one registered gojudi Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gojudi may suspend all associated accounts and forfeit balances held therein without prior notice.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the lifetime of your Account. gojudi is entitled to verify the accuracy of any information provided and may suspend your Account pending verification at any time.
3.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling through gojudi or any other recognised self-exclusion programme must not attempt to open or use a gojudi Account during the applicable exclusion period. If you are aware that you have an active self-exclusion arrangement, it is your responsibility not to register.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your gojudi Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify gojudi support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. gojudi will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to notify us promptly or where the unauthorised access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.3 Account Transfers. gojudi Accounts are personal to the registered user and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual or entity under any circumstances.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee or closure, subject to applicable law and prior written notice to your registered email address.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gojudi accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and GrabPay. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on gojudi is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits below the minimum threshold may not be processed.
5.3 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal, fraudulent, or criminal activity, and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method associated with your gojudi Account. gojudi reserves the right to conduct identity verification and source-of-funds checks before releasing withdrawal amounts. Failure to complete required verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
5.5 Withdrawal Limits and Timelines. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, and estimated processing timelines, are published in the gojudi Account section and are subject to change. gojudi shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available through gojudi are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum cashout restrictions. Where a conflict exists between specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before withdrawal is permitted). Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion.
6.3 Abuse and Fraud. gojudi reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus in cases where gojudi reasonably believes that: (a) multiple accounts were used to claim the same promotion; (b) the promotion was exploited in a manner not intended by gojudi; (c) collusion or any form of coordinated abuse was involved; or (d) any other fraudulent conduct was employed in connection with the promotion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gojudi Platform:
gojudi reserves the right to take all appropriate action in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
8.1 Game Integrity. All games available on gojudi are operated in accordance with their respective game rules. For RNG-based games, outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator audited by an independent testing agency. For live dealer games, outcomes are determined by the physical actions of a human dealer in a monitored studio environment.
8.2 Bet Finality. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the gojudi Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. gojudi reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or technical malfunction is identified, subject to applicable licensing obligations.
8.3 Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, the gojudi system log shall be the definitive record. Disputes must be submitted to gojudi support within 72 hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review.
All content on the gojudi Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game interfaces, software, trademarks, logos, and sound elements — is the intellectual property of gojudi or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of gojudi.
10.1 Platform Availability. gojudi does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party system failures, and events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions.
10.2 Gambling Losses. gojudi shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred by users. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose funds wagered. You are responsible for managing your gambling behaviour and expenditure.
10.3 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gojudi's aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant event giving rise to liability occurred.
10.4 Indirect Losses. gojudi shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
